1. Calibration standards are expired and do not provide the correct pH reading.
2. The calibration order is being performed incorrectly, first it is calibrated with pH7 and then with pH4 for acid measurements or pH7 and pH10 for basic measurements, always pH7 first. The electrode is washed with distilled water and we verify that the display indicates SLOPE in order to change the standard solution.
